What does "authenticity" of the painting mean?

The shades of colors of the oil painting can differ a bit from the shades of its image on the website: it depends on the settings and characteristics of the monitor of your computer. Since the time when a digital photo of an oil painting was taken an artwork might be modified by its author and have some insignificant differences from the images posted in our gallery. In case of the serious changes of artwork by its author we will notify you about this and send you a present image of the artwork for your approval.

How is the shipping realized?

The shipping is realized with one of the express postal services like FedEx, TNT or DHL. These services are safe and reliable. If you have an account in one of the above companies or any other shipping company - let us know, so that the shipping is less expensive for you.

How are paintings packed?

The painting is taken off the stretcher bars and rolled. Then it is carefully packed into several layers of special casing material which prevents it form being damaged. This type of packing reduces the shipping costs. The painting is shipped being stretched. It is placed between two layers of foam plastic and wrapped into special casing material. This type of packing is usually twice expensive as the first one.

Can I get a discount if I order several paintings?

Yes. The discount is available if you order 3 or more oil paintings. Its amount depends on the art and the artists you buy.

Are there any authenticity documents?

We send The Certificate of Originality is included to each item. The Certificate of Originality specifies the author, title, year of creation, size and material of the oil painting and states that this painting is an original piece of art and has no copies.
